Delivery
LadyLove provides 3 options for the delivery of their products:
Regular Post: Operated by Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 business days for parcels within Australia.
Express Post: Operated by Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 business days for parcels within Australia.
Pickup/Collection: Customer can collect their items from LadyLove. Please allow 1hr minimum for us to process and package your items before collecting. We will send you an alert to notify you your items are ready.
* Due to the current covid climate, parcels are tending to take a bit longer than normal. Unfortunately we cannot control the delivery times when using 3rd party organisations to deliver goods. We will monitor the delivery of parcels once dispatched and alert you of any complications that may occur.
Once parcels have been dispatched you will be issued a tracking number and able to monitor your parcels transport.
Returns
LadyLove DOES NOT provide any refunds or returns for change of mind or wrong purchases. Please understand that all purchases once made are final. We do however compensate for incorrect items being sent, and must be notified within 24hrs of receiving the package. Due to the importance of hygiene within the beauty industry we will not approve any refunds or returns on items that have been opened and/or used.
If you believe your item is wrong or damaged once received, please keep in original packaging and contact us directly to initiate the return process. Customers will be required to return their purchases at their expense initially, and once we assess the returned goods and conclude they're either faulty, damaged or incorrect, a refund will be issued for the return postage and initial item costs.
